Policies & Client Guidelines
Booking & Deposits
Appointments require a valid card on file and a 50% Deposit, Which is applied to your service total.
Deposits are non-refundable, 1 transfer is permitted. if within 24Hr. of initial appt.

Memberships require a valid card on file. Expect a auto-recurring payment in full monthly throughout duration of membership.
Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or modify services for any reason.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations & No shows will be "flagged" & denied from booking until 30 days from initial flagged date.
Health & Skin Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, medications, and skin treatments prior to service.
Late Arrivals
Arriving later than 15-20 minutes past your appointment time will result in a shortened service &/or a cancellation. When arriving late it is best to contact provider immediately by phone. (225) 424-7746

Individual results vary & are not guaranteed. Level of commitment, consistency, homecare, & health/lifestyle factors affect outcomes.
Refunds & Exchanges
Services, memberships, and retail products arel non-refundable & non-transferable.
Illness & Injury
Please reschedule if you have the slightest symptoms of unwell. You are responsible for alerting provider if have, may have, or had within the last two weeks; Fever, flu, Covid, pneumonia, cold, contagious rashes, cold sores, or infections. Arriving sick will result in refusal of service, refusal & return fee of $50.00 and no refund of deposit.
Minors & Guests
Clients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian's consent & presence during the time of service.
Retail Disclaimer
Results cannot be garanteed when products outside of those recommended or provided by TheeSkinCompany are used before or after treatments. outcomes vary based on quality and formulation on product.
Conduct & Safety
Innappropriate behavior will result in immediate service/membership termination & permanent dismissal without refund.
Environment & Etiquette

Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appt, wait to be greeted by the provider before getting out of your vehicle.
